You can reach us on the phone: Tuesday til Friday from 9am – 12pm (noon) and 1.30pm –5pm. If you can't reach us during those hours, we will gladly call you back as soon as we can.

It's possible! Teens between the age of 14 and 16 years can play Escape Rooms with a written Consent Note from a parent or legal guardian. Simply download the form, fill in the info, print it out and personally give it to one of the staff members on the day of your event. Every child without a parent present needs an individual consent form.

Very much so. If you arrive late for your booked time slot, we cannot offer over-time or price reductions.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your starting time on short notice. Just try to come in as soon as possible and use the time left for your booked slot.
Wenn Sie den gebuchten Termin ändern möchten, schreiben Sie uns eine Email an: info@actionworld.ch mit dem gebuchten und dem gewünschten neuen Termin. Falls der Termin frei ist, buchen wir Sie um. Dies muss allerdings mindestens 72 hours prior to your reservation. For cancellations on shorter notice we still ask you to give as a call or send an e-mail so our staff isn't waiting for you on-site. If you do have to cancel your event, you will have to do this one week before your actual reservation, otherwise we will have to charge the full amount as cancellation fee.
We an ample amount of free parking all around the premises. Please follow the parking signs. You can also easily get here with public transport.
We have several lounges with bars where we offer drinks and sweet snacks. It is not allowed to bring your own food and drinks. (With the exception of birthday cake, ask us for more information.)
There are no showers on-site, but you can change your clothes in our changing rooms.
Please be advised that we do not allow dogs (or other pets) on our premises.
We recommend making a reservation ahead of time through our online booking system! This way you're able to make sure that your group gets to play together and you don't have to wait long on-site. Please be aware that you will always be playing with other groups on the field. Of course you can still come in without a reservation and see, if there are open spots. Reservations are binding and have to be cancelled at least one week before your actual reservation, otherwise we will have to charge the full amount as cancellation fee. Also, please be on time for your playing slot.
You will be playing in teams. Teams can also be put together individually. When playing Paintball, the goal is to shoot participants of the opposing team and through that gather points for your own team. Of course, there will also be an individual high score list. Unfair behaviour, like tripping others, pulling them back or similar things, are not allowed. Running is also prohibited o the playing field to rpotect yourself and others.
We use Lasertag Equipment by Laserforce, which is currently the most modern system on the market. Included in the equipment is a vest with a corresponding "phaser". We ask to please treat our gear carefully. Accidents happen, but equipment that has been damaged on purpose has to be paid for.
Children 8 years and older will be allowed to access the Lasertag Field without a parent or guardian playing with them. Younger kids can only play, when a parent or guardian is present on the field.
Please inform us about the changed number of participants so we can adjust the booking. Not coming at all? Remember that a reservation is binding and has to be cancelled at least one week before your actual reservation, otherwise we will have to charge the full amount as cancellation fee.
You will, usually, play 3 or more games!
Our Paintball Field is big enough for up to 40 people playing at the same time. If your group isn't filling all of the spots, other groups and players will probably be playing at the same time. A reservation for the whole field is possible starting at 25 participants!

Your group (that is here on time, of course) will head to registration ("Anmeldung") and sign in. Now you have time to deposit your valuables in our lockers. You will then get your instructions for playing through a staff member. Afterwards you will be put into teams with everyone playing at the same time (might not only be your group). Now you'll put on your equipment and spread out on the playing field.
For bigger groups or special events we also offer timeslots outside of our regular opening hours. Please get in touch for an individual offer.
You need to bring sport clothes (possibly darker, for we have blacklight) and, of course, the right amount of motivation! We do recommend to bring a spare shirt, in case you'll break a sweat. We have changing rooms available. It is mandatory to wear flat closed shoes (no sandals, flip-flops or similar).
Lasertag itself is in no way dangerous. The "Laser" works with infrared light and is no threat to your eyesight. We do prohibit running on the grounds, to prevent crashs or falls.
No, you cannot. For safety reasons it is mandatory to wear sturdy, closed footgear. Sandals, flip-flops, etc. are never allowed for playing Lasertag.
Essentially, Lasertag is not dangerous. But since it is a fast and physical activity, we do not reccomend to play it while pregnant.
People with known epilepsy or heart problems play at their own risk. We are not liable for any problems that occur while playing.
Up to a certain point, the surprise is part of the game for Escape Rooms. But we can tell you this: You will be in a room full of riddles and it is your mission – using team work, logical thinking and skill – to solve them and escape the room.
Every game takes exactly 60 minutes. In general, you should plan with 90 minutes per visit.

Escape Rooms are ideal for groups of 2-8 people. You'll choose the room and start an exciting journey full of riddles and mental excercises. After a detailed instruction through our staff you are ready to begin your adventure. In every room there are different riddles and tasks. You have precisely 60 minutes to use skill and logic and get to the bottom of the rooms mysterious secrets. Use your intelligence, intuition and reason to beat the clock. There are also different items in the room that might be helpful. Take a good look at the whole setting – there might be a hidden clue. Should you ever be completely stuck, you can get a hint. After you have solved all of the riddles in the right order, the door will open and you are free again.
You will be led into a room and have to solve riddles to uncover the room's secret and escape through the exit. Should you ever be stuck, you have the option to get a hint. Solve the riddles and escape the room in under 60 minutes. (Of course, there is always an emergency exit.)
We recommend making a reservation ahead of time through our online booking system! It is always possible to come by spontaneously without a previous reservation and see, if there are open time slots. Especially during peak times (in the evening or o weekends) or for bigger groups we do recommend making a reservation through our website or by phone. You do not need special equipment.
The recommended age limit for our Escape Rooms is 10 yeras (or older). Children under the age of 14 are only allowed to participate with a parent or legal guardian also participating. Teenagers between 14-16 may participate after presenting a Parental Consent Form without a parent or guardian present. (Our rooms also have an age limit, please check.)
You can play in your street clothes. Please be aware that the temperature in the rooms may change according to the season, so it might be a bit chilly in the winter and warmer in the summer. Please dress accordingly.
All of our rooms can be played in either German or English. Please talk to our staff before the game.

Each additional child costs 10.- A maximum of eight people are allowed in one escaperoom.

No, there are no special skills necessary. The tasks are solvable, if you are a little crafty, think logically and, especially, work as a team!
Since this is a team game, you should at least be two people for every Escape Room. The more people you have in your team, the lower the price for every individual participant. Should your group, however, have more than 8 participants, you'll be split up and will play different Escape Rooms. We recommend 5 people for every room, because you will need all of that skill and knowledge to solve the riddles.
Yes, our Escape Rooms are very safe. (You are not actually locked in, that story is just part of the game.)
Escape Rooms are in no way dangerous and physically not very challenging, you can, therefore, absolutely participate.

For your visit at Adventure Golf please use Parking P3 at the lower side of the area. This way you'll be able to park in close proximity to the entrance. All parking at Actionworld is free.
